Enroll & Pay General Training
Basics
- Sign-on, changing password, icons, user defaults, navigation, searches, favorites and academic structure. This course must be completed successfully prior to taking any training courses.
Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA)
- University procedures and contact information for handling FERPA-protected information.
Enroll & Pay - Student Records
Basic or Detail Student Information (view only access)
- Basic - Student demographic information, schedule of classes and catalog and student schedules. (Does not include grades or GPA).
- Basic [Advanced] - Same as Basic View, plus class and grade rosters, instructor schedules and class permission numbers.*
- Detail - same as Basic [Advanced], plus more student academic information, such as grades, GPA and transfer credit.**
Service Indicators
- Adding and releasing Service Indicators (holds) by academic advisors and university administrative staff.
Class Permission Numbers
- Creation of class permission numbers by staff in academic departments.
Student Groups
- Maintaining student groups for university departments.
Plans & Sub-Plans
- Access to update a student's major by selected university administrative staff.
*This course must be completed successfully prior to being able to take the Detail Student Information training course.
** The Basic Student Information - Advanced training course must be completed successfully prior to being able to take this training course.

- Includes view only level of access for faculty, staff and student employees.
Inquiring Accounts*
- Includes view only level of access for faculty, staff and student employees.
Student Financials Post
- Posting to Account - Includes information on placing debits and credits on a student account.
*Both of these courses must be completed successfully in order to be considered for "view" of Student Financials.
