8.62 Upgrade (April 19, 2026)

The 8.62 upgrade simplifies navigation by replacing multiple role-based homepages with a single landing page. All tiles a user needs are now in one place, organized into labeled sections that help clarify the purpose of each grouping. The landing page is built with Oracle's Fluid technology, allowing it to adapt smoothly across different screen sizes and devices.

This upgrade also introduces a user ID display on the landing page, making it easy to confirm the correct account is active — particularly useful on public or shared equipment. This addition also directly addresses feedback from students who have had difficulty locating their ID.

Multiple Affiliations Landing Page

Users often have multiple affiliations with the University which may grant them any combination of faculty, staff, and student/admit access to the system. Prior to this upgrade, those affiliations were represented by the individual homepages. The upgrade aims to simplify navigation by combining the content of all those homepages onto a single landing page.
